NASA - Mariner 4, Mars, July 15, 1965
Very early digital photography of Mars by NASA - total data returned from the mission was about 634 kB.
I don’t know anything about the Mariner program, but this would almost certainly have been from an analog source.
Update: poking around a bit now. Seems like it was an analog TV input that was digitized. I’m not sure whether I’d call that “digital photography” or not, to be honest. Not that it matters re:awesomeness, of course.
